Rooms are older but refurbished and recent USB ports by bed. Bathroom is modern and lovely with shower stall and bathtub. All grey stone tile. One sink. Since the rooms are older they are also very big allowing for packing your bags for the last time before taking off and still having plenty of space to move around. Nice long desk top in front of the window with comfortable chair. Good firm mattresses. Good restaurant with great Soup d'Onion and other dishes that we wished we could have found in St. Tropez. Actual food with no aspersions to win Michelin stars! Friendly staff though the folks at reception could use a little practice at public relations and a smile or two. Instead they tend to be stiff and indifferent. But otherwise, for a very busy airport hotel it is excellent and being situated in the crotch of of the split terminal, it is equi-distant between international and domestic connections and just above the rail road station with TGV and metro into Paris, there is a wide space with shopping and eateries like Paul, Starbucks and other goody outlets as well as a few general shops with everything from a selection of of waters and other drinks to reading material, eSIM cards, snacks, clothing especially "Paris" decorated items, electronic bits like cords and converters. So a great location and using the elevators, those with ambulatory issues are well covered.

A very convenient hotel right in Charles de Gaulle airport. We only had one night in Paris so preferred to stay inside the airport and take the train into Paris for our afternoon/evening. The train station is just below the hotel so was very easy to get to/from the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Luxembourg Garden, etc. in about 45 minutes. The next morning, we had a very easy ten minute walk to our terminal. We had an extra bed brought in for our daughter--and it was truly comfortable. (They also charged us 50Euro for it, so I was hoping it would be worth it). The staff was friendly and helpful.

This was our fourth stay here, as it is connected to CDG, making it hugely convenient for catching your flight the next day. The staff are all great, room service was quick and very friendly and the food was delicious. It was a great relief after a long day of traffic jams, rain and thunderstorms delayed our originally projected arrival of 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Of course the rooms are big, comfortable and well-appointed (a down pillow, hooray!). It is expensive, but worth it to me since it saves us the anxiety of getting to the airport on time on departure day.

Claire

The receptionist on shift, Pauline, was so lovely. The concierge, though I didn’t really speak to them, were also friendly. The room itself was clean and relatively large by European standards. The hotel also offers two complimentary beverages; one canned flat water and one canned sparkling water. There is also a kettle with tea, coffee, sugar, and cream available.

LOCATION Unfortunately, our inbound AF flight was delayed so we arrived at the hotel hours later than planned which meant for a a few short hours of sleep before arising in the early morning for our QF direct flight (16h) to Perth. Therefore this review does not assess many aspects of the hotels' services.
